Hi..
I use CRF for encoding and most to the times video output turns to be good but 2/10 video encodes get like really low bitrate and the quality turns out to be really bad. so i want to set minrate for a video...
Like whatever the encode is the video bitrate should not be lesser than 500kbps but not sure how to achieve that. I was going through x265 documentation and found out about --vbv-bufsize and --vbv-maxrate.
I want to use minrate instead of maxrate. Is it possible to do so? if yes what will be bufsize?
