There are many websites that will use flash in the browser to let you test a webcam. I am looking for such a site that supports some additional specific features:

1) I want to be able to manually select from a list the exact camera and microphone to use

2) I want to be able to specify from a list the exact resolution to broadcast (this is a server side resolution setting, NOT the selected resolution in the local OS webcam software)

3) The ability to make the video window full screen, so you can clearly see any image defects using your full display
