    i try use youtube-dl to extract subtitles
    but the program "warning this video is not subtitle"

    Firefox see only 3 video mp4 but no xml

    Any program can extract this subtitle?

    if you still don't find it
    refresh list in Network by F5 key or reload page button
    then play video with subtiles

    Switch on the CC while the video is playing and developer tools is running.
