I have a Windows 7 running VLC player 2.2.6. I have some .FLV files that play but the video playback is choppy and not clear. Originally, the HD where these .FLV files where stored, was formatted and I performed a recovery to get these files back. Unfortunately, these files are not intact and some of them don't play or can't be viewed.
Is there anyway to repair these .FLV files back to the original state and playback will be clear?
