Guys, any media player able to connect an external hard drive (1 or 2 Tb) with a TV and capable reading H.265 (HEVC) video? I have one that cost 20 dollars maybe, but can't read the so small and good and new x265 videos... and that's really too bad... Thanks for your help!

Many of the newer players can handle HEVC. Look at the newer (made in the last year or two) Android based players. Just one example (I'm not recommending this player, just pointing it out, I don't know anything about it, it just showed up in a quick search):
