    I have been using Sefys newbie guide with very pleasing results (thanks Sefy) But now I have come accross a problem with Fantasia,the audio seems to be missing I tried some of the solutions in a previous post to no avail. After ripping the movie I do have sound on the vob files so its not in smart ripper.I have tried changing some settings in tmpgenc but nothing. Please help

  2. i'm assuming when you created the project .d2v file in dvd2avi, there was no .wav file.....

    in this case, in dvd2avi, goto audio->track and select a different track...to make it easier, once u've selected another track, press f5 (preview) and look at the info box

    in the info box, look at the audio info, dvd2avi only decodes DD, so if the audio track is blank, then choose another track and repeat...after u've selected the track u want, u can then create the project file

    make sure you play the .wav afterwards w/ mplayer b4 u encode (make sure it's the language u want, if not choose another track and try again)
