I need to learn where to look inside the inspect element and furhter steps after.

How to find the movie info to inspect?
video file and Srt file.
Converting tools.

On first link the subtitles are hardcoded
subtitles is part of the video and cannot be downloaded

on second link I cannot access:


Every website using diffrent formats and diffrent names
for example www.crackle.com using VTT format:
