    So, I have a scene masked. The issue is, I'm trying to move the whole masking selection from second to second instead of having to unevenly mask everything all over again from second to second.

    It might help if you mentioned what program you were using...

    But in most programs you just select the entire mask (marquee select, or sometimes double click a point or part of the mask to select everything) , and use a move tool
