Problem after upgrading windows

hi there

I have upgraded my PC from windows 8.1 to windows 10. But after upgrading i cannot open one mdb extension file which was on my flash drive.
getting a message saying 'Unknow error'.
i could open it before

any thoughts please?

You have Microsoft Access installed?

Do other flash drives work OK? And do you have MS Access/Office installed and does it work OK with W10 otherwise?You may need a update of Office to work with .mdb files with W10. Some other info about .mdb: https://www.lifewire.com/mdb-file-2621974

I haven't used Access in some time. Or you can also open them with the freeware Open Office that performs similar to MS Office.

As the .mdb file you are using might have been corrupted. So you may use MS Access option to Compact and Repair. to repair your database.
If this unable to repair your database you may try to find info here http://www.erepairaccess.com/ to repair mdb database.
