    What is the best free video converter that has H.265 I normally use Freemake I am looking for something else which free video converter do you recommend??

    Handbrake or Vidcoder would work. I would never recommend Freemake.

    Any software with an updated x265 is ok. Handbrake is the most recommended for new users, but you can use MeGui and Staxrip as well.
