  1. I'm using latest mkvmerge version to mux video and audio together, but the audio file outputs lots of errors like
    Warning: 'audio.ac3' track 0: This audio track contains 128 bytes of invalid data which were skipped before timecode 00:00:00.000000000. The audio/video synchronization may have been lost.
    eac3to can't even open the file - The format of the source file could not be detected. <ERROR> . But all my media players play file without problems and sync. Mediainfo does recognize file correctly...

  3. i already tried, ac3fix says Finished. Found bad frames. Final wrongness is -1644 bytes , but mkvmerge same error invalid data...

  4. I guess you can ignore it if the media players are happy with it

    Maybe try rewrapping it with ffmpeg ? or Try mux/demux with tsmuxer
