VCD Slideshow creation problem

Ok, I'm getting lines in my pictures when I create a VCD Slideshow
with Roxio's WinOnCd Power Edition 5. I've tried both NTSC and PAL,
and then both do the same thing. For some reason the only catch
is, when I make them at work, they come out fine, when I make them at
home, they get the lines in them.

WORK PC:
Gateway 1.6 Mhz, 128 MB RAM, 16X burner

HOME PC:
Pentium 450 Mhz, 384 MB RAM, 12X Sony Burner

I don't get it. I've tried so many little tweaks, and nothing!
And to boot, my friend created one on his Pentium 233 with a 2X
Memorex burner! ARG!

Pleeeease does anyone have any suggestions?
