Hi all,
Can you pass on your wisdom to a newbie please. I am trying to find the correct video size setting on the AVC converter that ensures each file I convert to .MP4 fills the 'whole screen' on the converted file - so it does not have the vertical black lines top and bottom.
Thanks in advance
Chris

Are all iPad displays 4:3? Then you would have to choose a resolution where width * 3 = height * 4.

Since most content nowadays is 16:9 or even wider that means you must stretch and/or crop accordingly. But is there no player on iPad that could stretch during playback?

"the AVC converter"? Which one? There are thousands.
