Looks like I should find answers to all my video issues at one site.
But I haven't found any info online about HD Writer AE 5.1 and the fact
that it does not display recorded date/time stamp. D/T stamp shows up
in camera, Panasonic HC-V750 but not in program.

It doesn't look like this software is designed to provide a running time-date stamp in its Preview window or during editing. There is a diagram for the Preview window on page 25 illustrating where to find the recording time and date as well as the current playback time relative to the beginning of the recording. That appears to be the only time-date information provided by the program. The editing section of the program only provides time information relative to the starting point of a clip.
