i have a video file and its corresponding .idx/.sub subtitle file.
i want to combine them by burning the subtitles into the video pixels.how do i achieve that?
the subtitles cant be turned off since they are burned into the pixels on the video frames.
please help me out ive tried almost 5 different programs and read a whole bunch of threads and YouTube videos

1. Drag&drop the video file and the .idx file into MKVToolNix GUI and click "Start Muxing".
2. Open the file created in step 1 in HandBrake
3. Go to subtitles tab, select/add the subtitle track and tick "Burn In".
4. Encode
