  1. Yes, that looks correct. The frames are encoded at 23.976 fps progressive and the pulldown flags tell the DVD player how to produce the required 59.94 fields per second (29.97 frames per second).

    Which ones? The sample files? That's the way they come off the LD.. The still photo was a Pioneer DVD recorder capture..
