    I am getting this error everytime I go from AVI to SCVD. It occours in cinema craft. Can anyone advise how to fix this please.

    cce encoding failure: Error: Video check sum is different from that of previous pass.

    Source video data or time code may be different

    Please check vidoe tape for the info file

    Current: check sum = 00af7089

    Previous Check sum = 00af70b5

    do I unzip it straight to CCE file?

    Unzip and doubleclick on patch.exe. Browse cctsp.exe and patch it. It disables all CRC32 checks, that should solve your problem.
