m3u8 forbidden in VLC

Hi,
someone have info about viewing this stream into VLC?
I can download the playlist but only after opening the main webpage into browser or I get "403 forbidden" error; same error with ffmpeg, maybe some kind of autentication?

After downloading playlist I can open it with VLC but only for some seconds before restarting in loop.

I would like to play this channel without using browser, someone can help me? Any help, link or explaination to find a solution is very appreciated.

More info: the stream on the website is viewable only from Italy, a proxy or an easy VPN extension like Windscribe from Hong Kong can work too.
