  1. As per title, I'm sure I've seen this done and it gives VHS footage a really smooth playback, but I can't remember what software/method?

    Anyone please able to help?

  3. The easiest way will not give you the best results. The best quality (by far) is currently with AviSynth's QTGMC(). But the initial setup is a bit difficult and the filter is very slow.
