MPV: Help in using configuration (conf) and options file

I'm trying out MPV and still figuring out how to set the configurations and options. I've managed to create a mpv.conf file and verify that it is working. For testing, the only lines are:
hwdec=auto
cache-default=153600
cache=153600
cache-pause=no


The online example at github shows that "Call mpv with --list-options to see the default values for most options." Couldn't figure out how to do that on my computer.

How do I get the list of ALL options/settings for reference? Or any complete list online?

System: Windows 7 64bit, MPV 64bit latest version
