i am trying to backup my dvds. i have spruce up demo, dvdit, prassir primo dvd and ahead nero which came with my cd writer. my drive is an external dvd-r/ram. i tried to do it with the prassi guide and only get black screen with no sound, but the timer is going. could someone please help me out.
