Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate doesn't run

Hi guys. Please, I would like to ask you some help. I installed today Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate, but I can't run it. Every time I run the main EXE, the logo picture appears on my desktop, but nothing happens. It keeps showing the logo and nothing more. At the end, I have to end process in task manager. Does anybody know what I can do, please? I am using Windows 7 64bits and Wondershare version 9. Thank you very much.

If you haven't done so try reinstalling it. Uninstall. Reboot. Reinstall
