I've just search many soft or tool , but can't complete finish
so does anyone know How to remove Subtitles from an MP4 file? soft or operate record

Post a MediaInfo report on the file in question to determine if the subtitle is 'soft' ie switchable or burnt in. I f the latter then you can't remove it.

Sure you can. Unless the subs that are burnt into the picture. "Hard" subs like that cannot be removed -- at least, not well, and not without advanced filtering and re-encoding.

Check if MP4 have removable subtitles with MediaInfo
subtitles mark as text streams like this:

As we have said post a MediaInfo report ( view text mode in MediaInfo then copy and paste into a post ) that simple act will resolve if the sub is burnt in or removeble
