  1. Hi, i have a Lenovo Y500 Laptop with a screen resolution of 1080p. I set up my Avermedia Game Capture HD II Capture Card to Optimal Recording Resolution. I have installed an empty Samsung 850 Pro 128GB SSD NTFS formatted inside the Avermedia. But all i get is 720p Resolution when recording, how do i fix it? (I want 1080 30fps)

Note 1: I have all the NVIDIA drivers installed My screen resolution when the screen is "duplicated" is 1080p

Note 2: For some reason the native resolution of the Avermedia Game Capture HD II Card is 1280x720 as you can see in the attached screenshot, and im not able to change it

I don't know the device but I suspect this is your problem. The device's "optimal" resolution is 720p -- and that's what it's telling the graphics card (ie, the EDID data is telling the graphics card it's native resolution is 720p). Try changing it to 1080p.
