    Good evening:
    I have a DVD R155 recorder that is not loading the DVD disc for any reason. I bought a new DVD-RW as specified in the instruction manual but when it is insert in the equipment this is not loaded. I suspect problems with the laser lens so I insert a " Laser Lens Cleaner" disc. This was loaded without any problem with Audui and visual features working perfectly. Again tried the DVD-RW disc to record but it was not loaded and the following message was displayed in the screen " This disc cannot be played. Please check disc." Can you please give me recommendations?

    Did you format the re writable disc yet ??

    I can't do anything with the disc until it is loaded and the menu displayed in the screen. At this point the equipment is not loading it.
