I've been trying to add subtitles to a tv-series bluray by following this guide:
https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=150511
However, the series I have does not have the episodes seperated into different mpls and instead only has one big mpls. So instead I put the m2ts files into tsMuxer to add subtitles. Then I moved the m2ts and clpi into the necessary folders. After that the subtitles worked fine, but skipping to different parts of the episodes (through menu chapters) did not work, so I went back through tsMuxer and pasted the custom chapters list that i found in BDedit. This is almost working, but for some reason the chapters are not working for the last episode. I have no idea what could be wrong and I am new to this so I'm not sure what kind of information might help.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

Were you able to get this working? I'm currently having a similar problem: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/389834-Adding-subtitles-to-BDMV-Certification-Blu-Rays and I've been at this for about a week or two. I've made little to no progress (I'm still on the first disc and I have 8 more to go :/ ). I'm basically a noob when it comes to disc-burning and the like.
