Assume I want to convert the audio part of an existing video.
The video part should be untouched.
The target audio codec should be MP3.
Furthermore (this is the core problem) the volume should be increased by 30%.
So the overall sound level should be 130% of the original.
The parameter -aq determines only the VBR bitrate range but NOT the sound volume.
How can I achieve the new loudness level?
I don't want to specify a "db" add value but a percentage value
