Hey..
I wonder what settings are the common one for making vcds..
ion other words, how should i encode video into mpeg?
so that nero doesnt has to RE-ENCDOE the video?

The easy way to do it is to load the VCD template in tmpgencd and hit start. It doesn't get any easier or common then that. Using that template you shouldn't have any problems burning w/Nero.

On the lower right corner of Tmpgenc you'll see three buttons, "settings, load and save". Click load, when you do so you will see various templates that you can use to encode your video to a nero compliant format. You'll see something like the following..."SuperVideoCD (NTSCFilm).mcf". All these mcf files are templates, and as far as I know, they are all pre-compatible with nero, so it wont have to re-encode your video. Just make sure that if you choose a VCD template in Tmpgenc that you also choose the vcd option in Nero, and if you choose a svcd template in Tmpgenc that you also choose the coresponding svcd burn option in the nero options.
