MPEG-PS is a program stream. It might/could be a proprietary file format as mentioned in other posts. What device produced this video? Where did you get this video?

The format/url produces a dead link. I don't know why that is there.

Rule out a playback issue first - try a different player eg. VLC, Potplayer, FFplay etc...

Try remuxing into a different container
eg. mkvtoolnix for mkv , tsmuxer for ts

I tried using mkvtoolnix and tsmuxer to remux but it's showing an error "Unrecognized file format" and played using VLC etc it's struck after 10 seconds of play

Need more suggestions please

try rewrap with ffmpeg

Some forms of drm have the video in the clear for the first 5-10 seconds of the video before the encryption starts. If there is any possibility that your video was sourced from a provider using drm, this could be the cause of what you see.
