Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate wrong info in properties

Greetings . Please can you explain me this strange thing
For example, i choose only one audio stream and one subtitle and click properties there i can see no subtitles but 3 audio streams in output settings .
When i finish converting my video it's ok there is subtitle and only one audio stream but why properties shows wrong information ?
And one more, Why i can't click for more than one audiostream in mp4 format ?

Likely a glitch with that app.

based on the audio image, you selected a single 6 channel audio stream, and the app is showing the output as three 2 channel streams. I've don't have, nor have I used that converter, so I can't test. Regardless of what the app shows you, have you run the conversion and tested the actual output file?
