hi
i've a m4v file which is encoded in mpeg4 with x265 codec. it includes one audio and three subtitles. i need to
1. cut a portion of it into another video file.
2. prefer not to re-encode it.
3. include all subtitles but one of them.
what's your suggestion?

Drag your video onto MKVToolnix. De-select unwanted track(s).
On the "Output Tab" select splitting mode.

but it seems that i can't cut a portion of video with this tool. for example, i need only 30 seconds from the beginning of the video and don't want it to include the remainder.
is it possible with this tool? -
This will give you two files. The first will be your 30s and the second you delete.
