Question why this video won't play in any media player

I got this video from a thread request:

I used youtube-dl and downloaded a 40min 43 sec video, but it won't play ( the elapsed time counter works fine and the total time is displayed).
Can someone take a look and see what is wrong. I'm guessing the video has some kind of encryption.

I was told this video has Fairplay DRM. Anybody have any idea how to remove that?
