    I'm sorry if it's been asked 100's of times before. I want to convert an NTSC mpeg to PAL, i'm not bothered if it's a bit jerky as long as the speech is still in sync, thanks in advance.

    Search Comp PM
    use tmpgenc. Look under "convert" at the left link-panel for instructions. Just remember to select the PAL profile.
