  1. Hello,

I have a problem with this program. If I mistype something, how can I fix the charactermatrix to replace that one letter? But I made one or two mistakes, and I cant fix it

Do you know where it stores the data of the new characters?

I know that if search every image and press that letter it will be replaced , but I want to reset all and start over.

    Link : https://www.videohelp.com/software/SupRip

    Thanks in advance,

  2. First go Character Matrix->Open Character Matrix File (open the one you want). Then hit Edit/View Character Matrix. Then go down the list finding the ones that are wrong and delete them (Delete this character). As far as I know you can't actually 'fix' it, but the next time it comes up you can do it right and then save it.

If you want to get rid of that particular file and start fresh, go into the ChMatrix folder of SubRip and delete the SUM file.

  4. I found out the solution from another forum so , the solution to reset the Character Matrix is by deleting temp.font from C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\SupRip.

It's still my fault, though. Yes, I was writing based on the name given in the original title, but I also clicked on your link and didn't notice it was for a completely different program. I'm glad you've solved the problem.
