I am looking for a way to make my video clips smaller. I mean smaller in terms of dimensions and the way they look when you play them. I have VideoPad but can't find a way to make my clips smaller. I just tried HandBrake and I started with a clip of 1280 x 720 and I changed it to 800 x 450. No difference when played. They both are too big. I should have seen a change but there was none.
Isn't there a way to resize your clips so when you open them up in whatever media player you're using (I'm using iTunes), the videos are at least kinda close to the size you want? And not enormous?
I've enclosed two images. A before and after:
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

As DB83 says you appear to have the iTunes windows maximised which will usually fill the screen and resize the video to fit. Also, what is your PC screen resolution? That screenshot looks like quite low resolution and If your video is larger than the screen you are watching it on the playback software will normally maximise itself and resize the video to fit.

Of course the two video look the same size -- the player is maximized so it's scaling the two videos to fill the screen (minus the player borders, etc.).
