are m2ts files are interlaced?

how do i fix this dot crawl problem?
looks like bad interlacing i dont have the source ,it came from a blu ray disc with m2ts files

the thing is it was first released in dvd format and later was redone in blu ray format but along with that came this problem

any avisyth filter to that can try and fix it ?

M2ts files can contain interlaced or progressive video. Your sample looks like bad deinterlacing à la Yadif, not dot crawl. Most people think QTGMC is the best deinterlacer in Avisynth.
