I believe that Virtual Dub can take a series of stills and make an AVI out of them using Donald Graft's "Logo" filter (grab the filter from one of the links at virtualdub.org) - frameserve that to to your mpeg encoder. I have also converted a series of stills to an AVI using Paint Shop Pro's accesory, Animation Shop Pro (then encoded the AVI to an mpeg with tmpgenc).
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war." -
Yes TMPGEnc can take an image sequence and convert to MPG, just load up the first BMP or JPG in the video part of TMPG and hit start.

Thanks Shabubu,
That was very easy, just so you know I needed to cconvert a QT movie to MPEG-1 and it worked like a treat.
Thanks Man! :D
