Green / Pink corruption, playback issue with MPC-HC X64 and madVR

Hope you are well and having a great day. This is my first post to this forum, and I need some help.

So I've installed madVR for MPC-HC, and I am facing some strange issues. As soon as I play any video full screen, it becomes green and pink. But it does not happen all the time. For example, if I go full screen and keep moving the mouse cursor, it does not happen. Only when the video is playing and nothing else is active, then it happens. It also happens when the video is paused. Basically after a second, everything becomes green/pink and only a portion of the video is on the screen. As soon as I move the mouse again, everything is good.

has anyone faced this strange problem with madVR? It does not happen with any other rendering options. Please see attachments of the issue.
