As u know i have been trying to convert some avi files to vcd and burn....and have dwnloaded a bunch of programs: vcd easy, mpeg fix, virtual dub,TMPEGnc,divFix.......but now all of a sudden......my Media player and Real One player will NOT play avi's correctly.....I get sound and mostly no video or 1 screen shot and no motion.

It must be a global thing on this puter cause I have a home network and if i access these files from a remote puter they play fine on both players. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both players with no change.


Any clues?? Did dwnloading these other utilities sum how mess up things??


Help.....can't play files in a normal manner!!!!
