I want to convert a mkv file to a "normal" bluray to see in the player of computer. I used mkv2vob for direct stream, but the video stuttering. There is a better program than mkv2vob?

  2. Why don't you use a PC software that can play MKV files? Like MPC-HC or VLC?

From your description it sounds like you want a workaround for a problem but you didn't tell us much about it. PC specs? OS? Player software used? File you are trying to play? "Mkv" can be many things, we'd need a sample or at least the MediaInfo log.

You might try multiAVCHD or AVCHDCoder if you want a 'normal' BD to use in a set top player.
For computer playback, why change it? Just burn the existing MKV to a disc as data with ImgBurn if you want it on disc.
Either way, the size has to fit the media.
