    Help! I have mp4 video without audio, and mp4 audio. I want to insert mp4 audio in the mp4 video, but with video direct stream. It's possible?

    MP4 is the container. MPEG4 is the standard. MPEG4 video may possibly be AVC, MPEG4 audio may possibly be AAC (M4A).

    We may need more detailed information to be sure, but ... probably yes: There are MP4 multiplexers which can dub any video stream allowed in MP4 containers and any audio stream allowed in MP4 containers.
