One of mysql databases couldn’t open by MySQL 6.0.11. It showed a message: Table is crashed and last repair failed. I need to restore mysql.

Well you can see if it is MySQL or the database itself that is causing the issue.
Create a new database and test that.
Possible that if this is a latest version it has a bug. Maybe retry with one update older. -
You need to check backup copy of invalid mysql database. If you don’t have it only try https://www.restoretools.com/mysqlrestore.html
