    Virtual Dub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatability.
    What do I have to do to fix this problem???

    direct stream copy under audio then file and save as wave :D

    Extract audio as Wav in Virtualdub.
    open file > Audio > Full Processing > File > Save as Wav
