Corel AfterShot Pro 3 does not want to install

I have already installed AfterShot 3 standard .
After I downloaded the setup program from Corel and run it

Error message pops up :-
Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install.

It popped up at my first install attempt.
I have uninstalled the standard version, but the fault message still pops up.

Try right clicking and run as administrator?

You may also need to temp disable AV or malware software.

but the installation program is still complaining that "Another installation is already in progress"

Just a shot in the dark but have you tried rebooting your computer? Also, have you looked in Task Manager to see if a related process is still active?
