    What Would Be A Good Program To Take A Collection Of Youtube Videos I Have (5000+) Cut And Edited For Playback Encoded In .mp4 Files And Level Out The Sound So When Played Back On A Playlist The Sound Is At A Uniformed Level On Each Video???

    I Would Kind Of Like Do It As A Batch Program Also...

    It's typically multiple programs and a multi-step process (unless mp4 is somehow different).

    1) demux the audio from the file
    2) open the audio file in an audio program (I've used GoldWave and Audacity) and adjust the level
    3) mux the audio back to the video

    I don't know of a single program which can do it all. It can likely be scripted using a few command line type programs, but I'm not familiar with that process.
