Subtitles on Pavtube ByteCopy rip

I just bought ByteCopy, and I can't get it to produce subtitles, fixed or optional, on the finished product. I've tried different output formats, and they all make good video and audio, but no subtitles. There are multiple options for the same language in the subtitles drop-down menu, and I've tried four of them. Twice I got nothing, twice I got narration but still no subtitles. Any help would be appreciated.

Me Too - I just posted a similar thread and then spotted yours - I also tried Pavtube BD Magic and The Ultimate Video converter software with similar unsuccessful results. Are you any further forward ? If I get a solution I will let you Know.
