How to play 10bit videos and be sure to get true 10bit color on the screen?

I have several videos in 10 bit, but how can I be sure to watch the files in true 10 bit on my screen? Are there any test files or anything else I can do to test it?

With HDMI 2.0 only 4:2:0 10 bit or 4:2:0/4:2:2 12 bit.

(I don't know about 4:2:2 10 bit. Going by bandwidth it should work but it seems to not be specified. Maybe it works as a custom resolution anyways in practice.)

You need a monitor capable of outputting a 30bit signal (10bits per color channel), note NOT 24bit or 32bit which is actually referring to 3 8bit channels and Alpha, and you need a graphics card that is capable of outputting same, via DX Geforce cards have been able to do it since the GTX285 days but if you're using OpenGL you will need a Quadro.

Same holds true for AMD cards, you will need a FirePro if you want to output a 10bit signal via OpenGL.
