    Hello everybody,

    since a week I have a problem with Free Make Video Converter, I don't know why but when I want to convert a video, before the end there is an error
    message that appear and then the software crash and it close...

    Here is the message : https://forum.videohelp.com/images/imgfiles/df6RZAG.png

    I already did this :
    - I installed a new Microsoft Visual C++
    - I uninstalled FM Video Converter and later I installed it again
    - I used it as an administrator
    - I let Windows Update do all his updates

    but even with all this, the same problem is still here...

    Do you know a solution? or did somebody already faced this trouble?

    Updates will probably not help against this kind of error. I rather wonder if you try to convert some incomplete, slightly corrupt video, as the application seems to try to access the video beyond its limits (if I understand this message well; but I may be wrong).

    (sorry) a friend tell me to use that in cmd : bcdedit.exe /set IncreaseUserVA 2800

    It seems that it worked but maybe for 2 hours, I was occuped so I let Free Make Video running but then when I was back and I wanted to cut some part of the video and then convert it, the same error message appear...

    @LigH.de : You could be right, that's weird because my video didn't seems to be corrupted or damaged, it's a video from my smartphone, I tried to convert another video from my laptop and the problem didn't show.
    I was exhausted and rushed, so I used HandBrake to convert my video but later I used this new converted video in Free Make Video to cut some part of it, and it worked without problem.

    So thank you, I don't know how or why but the problem was linked to the video itself
