x265 plus gpu question

i normaly encode my hevc files at 5gb set size with cpu encoding, is there any apps i can set the size and use gpu for encoding as i dont feel the need for over 5gb for what im encoding per file ... any help would be great

file size = bitrate * running time

So any encoder that lets you set the bitrate (pretty much all of them) lets you set the file size.
