    I have: an Asus HD 5450 Silent 1GIG ddr3 video card, not the best, obviously, but works for me. $35 ±

    Curious about: Diamond ATI AMD Radeon™ HD 5450 Cedar 1GB GDDR3 Graphics Card

    Both are 'silent' ie no cooling fan, (not an issue, I added 'cleanly, I might add' a fan), Both look the same, 'electronics' on the board, main visual diff is shape of the aluminium heat/cooling dissipator.

    Both show support for Win XP. (Yeah yeah, I know!!!)

    There seems to be a number of (brands) of XX-5450 1gig etc vid card.

    Whats the difference between them??

    You said it: the styling. Also maybe clock speed, VRAM capacity, component quality (non-whiny inductors and non-exploding capacitors are good), extras like bundled games, and customer service.
